XAMPP添加虚拟主机之后提示Access forbidden! 403错误的解决办法

XAMPP 版本：3.1.0

Access forbidden!
You don’t have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 403

解决方法：

打开D:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf文件，大概220行位置，找到

AllowOverride none
Require all denied

改成

#AllowOverride none
AllowOverride All
#Require all denied
Require all granted

然后重启即可解决虚拟主机目录的权限问题
